I absolutely love the way my parents cook bbq chicken sometimes. They have these pans that you stick whole chickens on them and can mix veggies and other things on the bottom and cook it all in the barberque. Well, they cooked it just the other day and I ended up taking some photographs. And yes…it was DELICIOUS!!

I absolutely love the foods my mother cooks. I mean, who doesn’t? She’s the best cook in our entire family even in our extended family. Many relatives have already said that too. So it’s no surprise I eat up whatever she cooks…well, everything except octopus or sea snails because I think that’s just disgusting.
Anyways, here’s what we had for dinner the other day. Yummy green beans, barbecued chicken, macaroni salad, and chouriço which is a Portuguese sausage. Mmmmmm…

I meant to post this earlier in the week, but as most of you know, all my websites were down due to some changes my hosting provider was making. But nevertheless, I BAKED the cookies!! LOL!

I completely suck at baking things but love to try these easy to do cookie mixes.

First you have to melt down some butter. I tried doing it in the microwave but sparks started coming out which freaked me out. So I ended up melting the butter on the stove.

Crack one egg and put in a bowl along with the melted butter.

Pour the cookie mix in the same bowl that has the egg and melted butter.

Now mix all three things until the dough hardens.

Once you are done mixing it all, it should look something similar to this.

Now you separate the cookie dough into round balls and put on the cookie sheets.

Easy as pie. You pop the cookies into a preheated oven at 375 degrees.

Bake the cookies for about 8-10minutes or until it browns. My oven tends to burn the button of the cookies ALL THE TIME! Oh well…lol.

Next, you let the cookies cool after you take them out of the stove. Once they are cooled down, simply place them in a cookie jar and enjoy!!
