I absolutely love the way my parents cook bbq chicken sometimes. They have these pans that you stick whole chickens on them and can mix veggies and other things on the bottom and cook it all in the barberque. Well, they cooked it just the other day and I ended up taking some photographs. And yes…it was DELICIOUS!!
I absolutely love the foods my mother cooks. I mean, who doesn’t? She’s the best cook in our entire family even in our extended family. Many relatives have already said that too. So it’s no surprise I eat up whatever she cooks…well, everything except octopus or sea snails because I think that’s just disgusting.
Anyways, here’s what we had for dinner the other day. Yummy green beans, barbecued chicken, macaroni salad, and chouriço which is a Portuguese sausage. Mmmmmm…
Well, I didn’t really cook it from scratch but I cooked it nevertheless. I hate touching the stove because I end up burning EVERYTHING I put in it, so my parents ended up getting an awesome Hamilton Beach oven. It works like a pro and it’s soooo easy to use. Seriously…even I can cook things in it!! LOL!
So I ended up cooking my favourite frozen pizza and it turned out awesome! This oven did an amazing job and even my entire house smelled of cooking pizza. It was incredible!! Haha…can you tell how much I love pizza??

I forgot to post about this the a few weeks back, but my family had the best food for my birthday. We ordered from a Portuguese restaurant, which of course is my heritage. The food was superb!! Here are some of the photos of things we ate.
This is one of my favourite dinners to eat. I load the chili on my plate because it’s so delicious. This is actually a recipe my mother came up with and I must say, it’s by far the best chili I have ever tasted in my life.
