I came across this cooking book not too long ago. It seriously is a MUST HAVE!! It’s called “Deceptively Delicious: Simple Secrets to Get Your Kids Eating Good Food
” by Jessica Seinfeld.
Why is this book so good and what’s it all about? That’s easy. It has a bunch of easy-to-make recipes that will have your kids eating in no time. The best part is that these foods are packed with veggies. They taste so good that the kids don’t even realize it!!
Not only will you find great recipes and tips, but it also talks about childhood obesity, which we all know is on the rise. There is important information such as portion size and things children must have like protein, calcium, vitamins, and Omega 3 and 6 fats.
This book is a must have for any mother/father who are concerned over what their children are consuming and how it can affect their physical growth. Get your copy today!!

I was viewing this week’s flyer from Walmart and saw this gorgeous punch bowl set. I’ve been looking for a good one for awhile now but just haven’t had the chance to go out and make the purchase.
When I saw this in the flyer, I was like, “I’m totally getting this.” It comes with the bowl, spoon, and cups. Unfortunately the print is too small so I’m not sure how many cups come with it. I’ll just have to wait and see when I check it out in the store.
Maybe I’ll go sometime tomorrow. After all, I still have to get a few more gifts for my family.
